Rick has practiced law in North Carolina for nearly four decades. Rick is a North Carolina board-certified attorney in estate planning and probate law. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Charlotte School of Law. Rick is a CPA, although our firm does not prepare income tax returns. Marsh Law Firm focuses exclusively on the practice of law, and we receive many referrals from attorneys, CPAs, CFPs, and CLUs for drafting estate documents, and assisting with business and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and exchanges. Rick chaired the American Bar Association Committee on Like-Kind Exchanges, and he has an active practice with Section 1031 exchanges.
